Topics covered also include details about the Webex solutions, and the benefits of hybrid integrations between Cisco on-premises solutions and Webex Meetings in the cloud.
As of February 3, 2026, the 300-820 CLCEI exam is retired and replaced by 300-820 CLHCT v2.0. While new CLHCT training is coming later this year, the existing CLCEI training remains available for skill development and Continuing Education (CE) credits. This training earns you CE credits toward recertification.
